Using the Suggestions box

How anyone on your team can suggest a feature, and how admins review and respond to those suggestions.

The Suggestions box lives in Settings under Suggestions. Any signed-in member can submit an idea, so it is a simple way to gather feedback from the whole team in one place.

To send a suggestion, give it a short title, optionally pick a category, and describe what you would like. When you submit, you will see a thank-you confirmation and can add another straight away.

What you can see afterwards depends on your role. As a member you see the suggestions you have submitted, along with their current status and any note an admin has added in reply.

Admins see every suggestion from across the account in a triage view, where they can update the status and leave a note. That note is what members see against their own submission, so it is a handy way to close the loop.

Suggestions are private to your account, like everything else in your workspace. They are never shared with or visible to other companies.
