Plans, pricing and the free trial
What each plan includes, how per-seat pricing works, and what the 14-day trial gives you and what happens when it ends.
There are five plans. Starter is free forever for one person and covers up to 10 tracked tools with a 50MB vault and fixed 30 and 7-day renewal alerts. Team (from £8/mo, 3 seats included) raises you to 25 tools with a configurable 90/60/30/7 alert cadence, spend rollups, an alert audit log and a 2GB vault. Growth (from £15/mo, 5 seats) covers 100 tools, Slack and Teams alerts, advanced spend reporting and a 10GB vault. Scale (from £30/mo, 10 seats) is unlimited tools with bulk import, priority support and a 50GB vault. Business is custom and adds self-hosting, role-based access control, SSO and unlimited storage.
Paid plans are tiered per seat. The base price covers the seats included in the plan, then each seat beyond that adds a smaller per-extra rate. You can price in GBP, USD or EUR, and choosing annual billing gives you two months free compared with paying monthly.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial every account gets Growth-level features (100 tools, the full alert cadence, spend analytics and a 10GB vault) so you can try the product properly, and you see the price you would actually pay rather than an abstract Unlimited.
When the trial ends, your account drops to the plan you have bought. If you have not bought one, that is Starter, the free plan.
One thing worth knowing: your tool count uses a retained-assets rule. Every tool on the account counts towards your plan limit regardless of its status, so cancelling or retiring a tool does not free up a slot. This keeps a full history of what you have committed to.
If you hit your tool cap, you will see a clear message telling you which plan comfortably fits, and you can upgrade at any time from the plan page. API access is on the roadmap and marked coming soon; there is no public API yet.
