Changing your language and currency
How to switch the app into your preferred language and how currency is chosen when you view plans or check out.
You can change the app's language from the language switcher in the app. Pick a language and your choice is saved to your own user profile, so it follows you on any device you sign in on, and the app re-renders straight away in the new language.
Your language is a personal preference. Changing it only affects what you see; it does not change the language for your teammates.
If the save request cannot reach the server for any reason, we still store your choice locally so the language sticks, and it syncs the next time you are online.
Currency works a little differently. When you view the plans and pricing, you can switch between GBP, USD and EUR using the currency toggle, and prices update instantly in that currency.
The currency you pick when you start checkout is the one your subscription is billed in through Stripe, which carries matching prices for each currency. If you need to change billing currency after subscribing, contact us and we will help.
