Storage limits by plan, and what counts toward them
Each plan includes a document vault of a set size, from 50MB on Starter up to unlimited on Business. Here is how much space you get and what fills it.
Every plan comes with a document vault, and the amount of space depends on the plan. Starter includes 50MB. Team raises that to 1GB, Growth to 2GB, and Scale to 50GB. Business is unlimited. The space is shared across your whole account rather than per tool, so it is the total of everything your workspace has uploaded.
What counts toward the limit is the size of the files themselves. Each individual file can be up to 25MB, and the vault total is simply the sum of the files you have stored. Deleting a document frees its space back immediately.
When an upload would take you over your limit, StackTrackr refuses it and tells you so, rather than silently failing. You then have two choices: remove a document you no longer need to make room, or move to a plan with a larger vault. Your current plan and its vault size are shown on the Plan and billing page.
For most teams the vault is generous. A contract PDF is usually well under a megabyte, so even the 50MB Starter vault holds a lot of paperwork. It tends to matter more once you are storing scans, large order forms, or a long history of invoices against every tool in the estate.
